​My name is Alexis, and I am an IBCLC looking forward to helping you meet your breastfeeding goals.

 

After the birth of my daughters - and many years of breastfeeding - I completed the Human Lactation Consultant Certification Program at Drexel University before becoming board certified as an IBCLC in 2020. My undergraduate degree is in Speech Pathology and Audiology. I have worked at a local WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program for the past three years, supporting moms throughout their time breastfeeding.

 I am a member of the Monmouth/Ocean Breastfeeding Coalition, the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA), and the International Consortium of Ankylofrenula Professionals (ICAP). I enjoy continuing education opportunities, traveling to conferences and learning from those working collaboratively to provide better care for breastfeeding families.
